Pet Nat, short for pétillant naturel, is a naturally sparkling wine that is bottled before the primary fermentation is finished, trapping the carbon dioxide and creating a lightly fizzy, cloudy wine.
Handcrafted in small batches, this co-fermented Wine brings together the luscious notes of BC apples, and the tartness of Rhubarb. A bright, yellow-hued Cider/Wine with a crisp, dry, subtle Rhubarb aroma and a clean, refreshing finish. Fermented to dryness, it is a refined Cider/Wine for those who enjoy a bright, fruit-forward character and with low residual sugar that creates a long finish.
Pair it with charcuterie, grilled seafood, or a summer salad. Best served chilled.
