A sparkling wine crafted from 100% estate grown blueberries with a big flavour, rich structure, complex characteristics and low residual sugar.
An off dry finish is balanced with lively bubbles and a little acidity. We hand pick them at the height of ripeness when the blueberries sweet-tart notes are at their peak and ferment them in small batches, expressing our unique Island terroir.
